Different Equipment
Hypothetical situation: You get a new quest from some npc in town. He gives you the story...yadda yadda...and then warns you of all the nasty poison you will encounter. So, before you barrel outta town waving your sword around you go to your (hopefully much larger than in d2) chest and pull out all your poison focused gear...and then of course proceed to wave your sword around.
Long story short. I hope that somehow we have to keep different armor and/or weapons for different situations we find ourselves encountering rather than a single set of armor and a weapon we will always use. Now I don't want them to go overboard and require a full equipment swap between every quest, but just a few quests every once in a while to mix things up, keep things interesting.
I'm torn on the issue. I see good and the bad of having it this way. What do you fellas think?
