Diablo Grand Charm

Diablo dropped a grand charm for me last night, and I was curious what the ilevel on it is? and Could I possible roll it into a 1+ skills + other mods grand charm?

It can get any affixes that appear on magic grandcharms in the game. Note, grandcharms from Baal, Diablo, and Nihlathak are the only ones that can get +41-45 life. All charms from NM Great Marsh and on can get +1 skill tree.

Only Diablo, Nihlathak, and Baal in Hell can drop GC with 41-45 Life mod, because their mlvl > 91
