CERTAIN BONUSES?

Wait so I still can play torment difficulties with my vanilla d3 but when I purchase ROS I get some extra bonuses? Or am I missing something?

But did they fix the legendary drop rates? Or is Torment for 60s their only concession.

You get the buff to gold, experience and legendary/set drop rates (just like those who have RoS), but not legendaries and sets that were added to the expansion and only available in Torment+ difficulty (since those items were not planned to be added to D3V in the first place).

Undocumented change: Item rolls will no longer include core stats. You will only see reduced level requirement, sockets, all resist, and skill bonuses.

What I don\'t get is why you have to wipe your character data on PTR by copying the charaters again to access the Torment difficulty. Unless it is meant to be what it just is - character wipe.

I am just stoked I finally got into RoS. I think the weird part is that I got no notice that I was invited and able to play. I just logged into the PTR today and was able to play through the expansion.

I just noticed (what I assume is) a new undocumented change: Bola Shot is now called Bolas and no longer requires a bow. When used with a melee weapon, it uses the Impale throwing animation and sound effect. Nice for melee DH\'s to have an alternate generator.
