Diablo 1 - where do I get it?

I have been looking for Diablo 1 (1996) on the internet for a long time. I can't find it. I know there is torrent downloads etc, and I know that this is a Diablo III forum, but I could not find another place (apart from Battle.net diablo forums).
So anyway, can you post me a link to a place where you can still download the .exe file and play it? Because I have no idea... I don't care if it's piracy any more. After all, you can't get this game at all so whats so bad about downloading it?

Buying it on ebay? Amazon? Hell no! Everyone says they are scratched or not working on newer computers. So there is only ONE OPTION LEFT. I have not found any proper downloads and I fear that they will have a virus on them. Send me a link anyway, and don't worry I will be care full. (I know it's all one word)

1. We don't support illegal downloads here.
2. Since Blizzard is no longer marketing the game, you are limited to second hand dealers, such as Amazon or e-bay. With Amazon, you can give feedback if it doesn't work, so the seller has motivation to sell you a legitimate product at least. I bought a copy off Amazon about a year ago which worked just fine. Good luck.
