Dflight as a finisher

Guess I should do a bit of testing myself. I've always thought it changed, though never empirically challenged the thought.
This thread was trying to explore the utilities of DF, and if there were ways to get by the short comings of DF, especially for PvM. I think that you, have confused a bit the direction the thread was going. No one has said that DF doesn't have its uses, but its unreliability makes it a risk in PvP. Against better opponents that know a lot about DF mechanics they may always be able to dodge it. And while you may get style points in PvM, its really not "better" or faster than DTail or DTalon builds.
Actually, no. I realized the differences in intent from the beginning, and stated as much. I'm specifically talking about the PvP applications, and the general consensus that it is only a 1-pt wonder. Having nearly maxed the skill on one of my assassins, I'm well aware of the limitations and that one cannot build an entire character about it.

If DFlight does nto require IAS or FCR then this would really free up some alternitives in PvP, I am very interested now. I can lose my FCR ammy and FCR Ring for +skills +life, shouldnt need res but still very interesting.

It sure sounds like a challenging build and fun for sure. My question would be how do you deal with IM? I'm guessing not with BF. Claws or kicks would be instant death. Box them with PS? Get that barefoot feeling?

thanks

D!
