Desired FHR for windy?

how much FHR should i aim for?

currently have 30% from gloves, 20% from helm and 20% from boots

so 70% so far

how much do i need to get from charms?

I think he was talking about fhr, not fcr, so its 99 for fcr, but is it also 99 for fhr? seems a little high to me.

if you are using a 1 handed swinging weapon (ie, sword/flail), then you should aim for at least 63 and potentially 99 for 6 frame fhr. so 99 isn't too much, although trappers/necros are still gonna eat you alive most of the time due to their stunning nature.
