I'm quite new to pvp, in fact i am in the process of building my first pvp char, a windy druid(for the most part he is done). I figured i'd share my setup as it seems to be working out well (although i am a very inexperienced dueler, i seem to be winning quite a bit with it, and having a great time.)
Helm: Jalals (sheal)
Ammy: 2 druid 19 fcr (looking for one with some other good mods, but you are right, they can be hard to find)
Rings: 10 Fcr Dex+res and 10 fcr Str+life
Weapon: Hoto/Wiz spike for caster setup
Shield: SS(ber)/35 Spirit for caster setup
Armor: Dusk Enigma (Imo looks the best on druid)
Gloves: Bloodfist/Trangs for caster setup
Boots: Treks/Waterwalks for caster setup
Charms: 20/20 Druid Torch 20/15 anni/ ele skillers with some mods (str/dex)/20 life scs
Some changes i still want to make, Id like to get 2x fhr skillers so i can use waterwalks with both setups, and i'd also like to get ahold of a really nice rare pelt, but damn is it hard to find one that can beat jalals. (wouldnt swap it out until i found a rare with 5 nado/2 os/ 10 fhr) And of course i could use some nice ele lifers, but i cant really afford these without tapping my pvm chars.
This setup gives me 99/99 for melee and 99/163 for caster, which seems to work out quite nice. I considered using ber/ber coa for dr instead of ss, but ss gives me even more dr and max block. I would never use shako over jalals, the only benifit i can possibly see is slightly more life, but that is in no way worth the loss of 50 fhr/30 res/20 str/20 energy ect. from jalals. I would however take a shako over a druid delirium, as there are no good mods on that besides 5 nado. Almost any rare 5 nado pelt beats it, but as i said before, it takes a really good 5 nado pelt to beat jalas. To summerize:
5 Nado/10 fhr/2os(sheal/sheal)/other mods rare pelt>Jalals(sheal)>shako(sheal)>Druid delirium.
In other words, delerium comes in dead last; dont use it.
