witchwild string, harmony <--- best two. i have personal experience with them both, they're great.
eaglehorn, goldstrike arch, buriza, riphook <--- have used, but not all the way through, they should be able to take you there, though.

Ive used Eaglehorn and Buriza, they are viable as end-game bows.

My former Witchyzon uses Eaglehorn (I really ought to get her a WF, there's no reason for me not to now). It packs a powerful punch and is totally Hell viable. Hits harder than WWS, although WWS is a really nice bow. "Harmony" made in the right bow and a good roll makes for a sweet bow. If you go this route, I suggest one with 10-15% ED.
Buriza is probably more powerful than the above, but it requires a bit more of a dedicated build, I think. Here's an older post where I had some ideas on how to make the most of a Burizon:

Keep in mind that Buriza comes with an automatic 100% Pierce, which means no need for Razortail, and lots and lots of IAS (100% IAS if Shaeled). Buriza is also like dirt cheap even for almost perfect to perfect ones.

boo @ that. shael/nef the bow, treachery, cat's eye, LoH, and an ias jewel in your hat and you'll actually hit a break point instead of just missing it like erzk's* set up. as a bonus you get knock back.
*depends on how much the "some extra" ias was ofc.

I haven't played an amazon in several years, but for what it's worth, my zealer's rogue uses Harmony in a plain great bow, Treachery in a superior dusk shroud (need to remake in eth), and Rockstopper (which you probably won't use), and she is very powerful - kills physical immunes fast.
