Hey i was reading a rabies guide and it said to bite them and then switch to death's web and back again. How does this help? Does it also work with psn charms and throwing weapons and bows and other characters and such.
if you hit someone with a regular weapon with the rabies attack, then when you switch to your second weapon (dweb and 20/20 facet shield) it then adds the - resists...however, when you switch back to main shield/weapon it doesn't take back off the - enemy resists
Ok so if im playing with a ranged character, and i throw an axe at somebody and have 25 290s in my inventory, i need to switch to dweb before the axe hits? Or can i switch afterwards (you swich after rabies right?)
and then do i only have to do that once and can fire my next axes without switching?
it keeps re-infecting the enemy not just one long effect, thats why you can die from one bite of rabies, so if you do a deaths switch the - res will take ffect once then keep going until the enemy is dead or rabies wears off
This is interesting. Because i was thinking of making a pvp build using 451/12 poison charms and widowmaker.
With 25 of them, if you score a hit, its 939 psn dmg a second for 12 seconds. Thats pretty hefty.. before you factor in people having maxed resists.
That's why i was trying to find some way of lowering their resists so my poison charms will destroy them. If theres some way to use death's web, that would be nice. I was also thinking of 5/5 psn facets, as well as a lower resist wand, but i dont know if that would be bm or something.
