Re: Deadly strike
Can anyone give me the formula for deadly strike w/ critical hit... are they weighted equally, or does deadly strike get counted differently?

The damage does not stack together, and critical strike is calculated first. If critical strike doesn't roll then you get a roll for deadly strike.
The chance of either critical strike OR deadly strike occurring is (I think):
(1 - (1-CS%/100)*(1-DS%/100))*100
So say you have 20% CS and 30% DS this becomes:
(1 - (1-0.2)*(1-0.3))*100 = (1- 0.8*0.7)*100 = 44%
Because CS is rolled before DS if you have a half decent amount of CS there is not much gain from adding in DS and so DS should not be weighed very highly in gear choices if your CS is high. Wherever possible you should increase your CS rather than DS.
For example - say you have 60% CS, your average damage is increased by a factor of 1.6.
Now - say you make a gear choice that has 30% DS you will have a:
(1 - (1-0.6)*(1-0.3))*100 = 72% chance of double damage.
So your damage output goes from being increased by a factor of 1.6 to being increased by a factor of 1.72, so the 30% DS will only increase your damage output by 7.5%.
In this case adding 30% DS has the same effect as adding only 12% CS.
