Dark Lord called Gut Drinker CAN'T KILL!!

I am a Barbarian and I have come across a DARK LORD called Gut Drinker he has under his name "Undead Stone Skin Immune to Physical" how can I kill him I try my weapons but have little effect as every time he hits me with a fireball his life jumps back UP! I spent a 100 potions and beat him like a RED HEADED STEP CHILD after I pinned him in a corner,for about 15 minutes,, how and what will kill him?
