Customization
So I was checking DIII.net for the first time in a while, and very first thing I saw slightly got on my nerves. "the barbarian is a broken man."
Basically, here's my beef. The characters in Diablo 3 are going to be very customizable in appearence, so why do people keep referring to the wizard as a "19-year-old girl" or the barbarian as "the one from DII" ? Are people forgetting that there is no one character for each class in this game, rather many (potentially thousands?) of unique characters who are young and old, male and female, and have a wide variety of other features that will enable the type of customization that Blizzard has repeatedly said it's shooting for, and that all of the players want?
So why are people so stuck on the fact that there is only one old but jacked looking barbarian, a cocky young girl wizard, and sort of a drugged out, jungle hobo witch doctor (who is totally bad a** btw)?
Is it because that's what Blizzard is showing us and you guys can't picture anything else ( with the exception of few and far between art posts of outside-the-box sort of things)? C'mon, you guys are more creative than that.
