I'm not totally sure if the ladder season was over already, but are you able to upgrade armor/weapons and cube runes (3 Lem Runes + 1 Flawed Emerald = Pul Rune etc.) on nonladder yet?

No. and I doubt you ever will be able to on non ladder.

( U can in single player - or LAN if u wish to though)

They keep some things ladder only to encourage ppl to play on ladder.

when they reset the ladder they will make it so u can do it on nl games, they will add new things to the new ladder

The first statement is not true. The ladder-only recipes will always stay ladder-only unless Blizzard decides to change this later on.

The second statement you can't be sure about, since they never said anything about this.

didnt they do this after the past ladder? that was my understanding, but i have nly been playing since the start of this ladder, also this is a little offtopic but what lvl should i be to go to hell

All ladder-only recipes stayed ladder-only since last season was over.

If rushed/baaling, I usually go at lvl 60-65. If playing the game through, I'd say around lvl 75-80.

It depends on the character, build, equipment and how you play. Me skellimancer handled hell as early as 65 without uber items, yet my lvl 75 concentrate barb had trouble because he had subpar items. 70 is probably good spot to test out most characters in hell; if you have endgame gear on and cant handle it, go back and baal run a little more.

you know im on west real and decided to take my bliz/orb/meteror sorc into hell, well there is nothing but garbage games on there, all trading and baal runs, dosent help me at act 1 lol, oh well what can i do guess ill hope to get there
