ctc fireball armor w/ strafe, strong?

hi was looking at the new char specific runewords and was wondering if anyone has tried the sorc one for their strafe amazon?

i think its called enlightenment.

q's:

does it deal a substantial amount of damage?
does it fire often enough to make a build out of?
would you recommend it for low, mid or high chars?
or just for fun builds?

5% chance for that amount of dmg isn't something you can base a build on. I wouldn't recommend it.

that is tiny damage for hell (even on players 1)

The runeword wasn't meant for hell. Highest rune in it is Pul, so it would have a Clvl requirement of 45 when put in a normal/exceptional armor. That's midgame, and at that point the dmg is a nice addition.

A runeword isn't necessarily crap just because it doesn't have HRs...
