CtC effects stack Y/N?
I'm looking for confirmation on my own testing on SP. I want to know if you can proc the same effect more that once at the same time.
For example let's say you have 2 Fire Facets, one in you helm and one in your armour. They both give 100% ctc meteor on death. When you die do you cast 2 meteors? I have not been able to detect more than one, but it's kinda hard to tell.
Additionally, does it matter if it's a different level of the same skill? Let's say you cannot proc more than one lvl47 meteor, because once it casts one the other doesn't get a go. Is it possible to cast a lvl 47 meteor AND a lvl 48 meteor on the same instance? (providing you had two different items, one which gave 100% ctc lvl47 meteor, another with 100% ctc lvl48 meteor.)
