crushing blow

This might sound dumb, but i've never really understood Crushing Blow. How does it work in PvP?

I don't think its actually working in pvp...not sure tho. Cb are like static on monster in pvm (for example : smiter that use alot of cb and do less than 2k dmg still godly for ubers, cuz each hit they fire on them are taking a fraction of their lives), and static dont work in pvp so... Ds are doubling ur dmg tho : that why good meleer are using eth dc instead of lastwish.

CB works in pvp, but it only takes 1/10th of their life and is affected by PDR (so more like 1/20th). Probably its only use would be to gain a bit of an edge in BVB duels
