Crescent Moon on a light sorc. good?

anyone ever used a crescent moon for pvm? is it better them using occu? i know that occu got 50mf and 20 res but i just wanna know if its good for pvm. well if ur killing bosses you can do a switch gull/ rhyme for more mf. Any opinions?

In some/many cases CM will provide more damage than any other weapon - especially if you don't have any other methods to lower an enemy's resistance.

So, yes, it's a good choice.

But you have to be able to reach the same FCR break point.
You have to aim for 117 FCR (considering that you are using lightning)
35 spirit
30 vipermagi
20 Magefist/trangs
2 10fcr rings
Caster Belt/Ammy
20 FCR circlet
(thing will be easier if you have griffons eye or arachs)

But 65 might be enough for MF

fyi, for lightning/chain lightning, 78 is the FCR breakpoint below 117.

If you have perfect gear, you can get:

25% griffons
35% spirit
20% arachs
17% from a fcr amulet
20% from magefist/trangs/ormus robes/fcr rings

105 is good enought for teleport, 117 will be good for attack.
