Creating a Prismatic Amulet: Is there an optimal level to do it?
I have just finished gathering all the stuff I need to make a Prismatic Amulet.
I read up on it, and it's got 16-25% Resist All (which is pretty sweet!).
Now, is the percentage random, or is it level dependent? I'm a level 29 Paladin right now, and I'm about half-way to 30. I'd be willing to wait if it'll help.
