Crap I need help please

Well I made a TS/DTailer sin and Im not sure if this is used for pvm or pvp. I actually wanted to be a pvper but I duno if its too late and im too lazy to remake. my skills are

10 TS
10 Dtail.

and the Prequisites on lvl 1

I confused now so if anyone got any builds or guides they could link me up with, that would be appreciated. I searched on google, and various D2 forums. I can't find a good build. All the builds i've seen are different so I don;t know which ones I should follow.

There was a build guide of a tiger striker in the Single Player section, but the Strategy Compendium is down for some reason.
