Crafting Question

I guess it is just really late at night but this whole crafting formula stuff is wearing me down!

I want to make some PDR gloves, ring and boots. I would like to have + resist all, + barb skills, + leech, + FHR mostly. I understand probably not all but the FHR and Resist all are the main items. What level should I craft at? I have my guy at 76, have I gone too far? Thanks!

Generally, for everything that aren't amulets - with amulets, you want to get +2 skills so you need to be lvl 93 to get this with gambled amulets - buying items with clvl 69 somewhere in nightmare or hell is the best option. All most all interesting mods are open then while most of the annoying rlvl raising charges aren't present. And you are certain to always have 4 additional affixes.

If you really want to narrow you chance, you can always try crafting with a lower level though this means that you won't always have 4 additional affixes and therefore, that selling any of your crafts is even less likely then when crafted at clvl 69.
