Crafting amulet question
I read somewhere that to be able to get +2 skills your character needs to be L90+ and cube with an amulet with iL85, true? Would that mean I have to use a amulet dropped by a monster in pits? Any monster there? Does the amulet itself have to have a certain required level to be iL85?
EDIT: Oy, have another one on re-rolling magic items. Do both chipped gems and PGems work the same way? I see both of them being used, is one more effective than the other?
