crafted necro ammy i made

hey i just made this today, was thing about usin it on my necro but the lvl req is too high for me to use atm, would you think it would be good for a pnb necro? im on us west ladder and i would also like to know if it has any vaule cuz if so i'd trade it, stats are as followed:

Beast Talisman Amulet
Req. LvL: 89
+2 Necro skills
+5% Faster cast rate
+2 Energy
+20 Mana
Regenerate Mana 5%
All Res +10
Posion Length Reduced by 75%

It's a nice ammy but the lvl req is definiyly the killer. I would look at it as a really poor Mara's. Valuse wise, I'd say Lem at most on USEAST.

The ammy isn't exactly super, but I wish I had pefect crafted gear that only had one downside. Lvl req...

crafted amulets with any +2 necro/sorc/etc skill will ALWAYS have a lvl req of 89, thats why i like my amulet

That's the biggest bummer with +2 skills crafts. They're really only good if you've already completed a character and are looking to tweak it's final gear.
