Crafted hit power gloves

Ok so i started crafting hit power gloves to get knockback since there is not knockback on Hand of justice. Problem is right now i have sigon gloves+boots which gives me 30%IAS, so I need those crafted gloves with 20%IAS, 10%is not enough, to get the same breakpoint i have now... all the gloves are i use are dropped in hell so the item level should be enough...
My question is 20%IAS even possible on crafted hitpower gloves and if it is then is the probability of getting 20%ias on them reasonable and therefore i should keep trying?

Not sure, www.battle.net/diablo2exp and check in the crafting of horadric cube i think im not exactly sure, but that should help

I'm pretty sure the mods of increases attack speed may come from your character's level... i hear the highest level for optimal crafting is lvl 93... the IAS mod may not be that high... but i'll say this... get items from later acts in hell... and get a higher level char to do the crafting.

I think I crafted 20ias 3%ML hit power gloves on a lvl81 barb, thats the lowest lvl I've crafted with, and the gloves were lvl54 req IIRC, the lvl req for 20ias mod is lvl35

of course, I'm talking .09 since ima 1.10 newbie and haven't crafted much since the patch

20% ias gloves are very easy to craft, if u do decide to make em im sure it will only take a few attemps, for a given value of few , but getting other good mods at the same time is the hard part.
