Crafted belt
i ahve done some testing with cafting, and i ended up with this belt:
3% life steal
10% open wounds
3sth
20life
19% cold res
10% psn res
why dont enyone use items like this? i see great potesial in thise belts. i find this more usefull then manny of the "always use this" belts. or am i missing something?
