Couple of Necromancer Questions

I'm making a curse necro, with the ability to kill monsters myself with a poison skill.

Which poison skill does the most damage? and how much damage is it roughly?

Also, when doing baalruns, is there any curse I can cast that can increase the damage done by paladin hammers? I cast the amplify damage curse, and I swear it made the run a bit quicker.

Also, does casting the amplify damage curse increase the damage from corpse explosion? If not, is there any curse which can do this?
