Assume + 10 skill to max holy fire, that's level 30.

then you use 2 dragons, 16 each.

    16+16+30 = 62?

    WOW?

(I know with no conviction, but none the less... would look awesome)

No that's not correct. You can't add up your invested skill points and your equipment skill point.

    The maximum you can get is 2x16 (2xdragon) + 10 (skill bonus) = 42

Not sure what would happen if you'd also invest in HF. I think the weaker of the 2 auras (from your skill investment) is canceled, so you'll just have the 42 points.

Boost it further with synergy points and equipment that increases Fire damage and it might be worth it. But it won't come close to Dual Dream.

You also can't add up Slvl from auras from items and +skills.

    That is correct.

Wearing HOJ gives a level 16 HF, you can wear 2 Dragons to get you to level 44. That's not counting skill bonuses. Do they really increase the level of "level x y aura when equipped?" I thought that was tied to the equipment and could not be boosted by +skills.

The auras given by rws/uniques do not and i repeat do NOT get bonuses from +skills and you can not increase their level without stackin aka hoj+dragons.

To say the max you can get is 42 isn't right, that's only if you're using runeword ones.

If you have 20 points in HFire, +3 offensive shield, +3 ammy, +3 circlet, +3 scepter (don't think scepter can spawn +3 off/+3 HF, but maybe 2/3 or 1/3, so let's say +4), +2 armor, +2 rings, +1 belt, at least +13 charms, +1 battle command, +2 skill shrine,

You could have lvl 55 Holy Fire, at LEAST (Im sure I'm forgetting something)

A caddy SHOULD be able to be rolled into a 3/3 by the way of flawless gems.

Autoauras (auras granted by items) don't couple with natural skills and aren't increased by skill bonuses. The highest such Hand of Justice and dual Dragons can get is SLvl44, but with Paladins the aura can still be synergized.

Paladins can have a natural Holy Fire as high as SLvl57 with full synergy, if I'm not mistaken. Skills are hardcoded at at a SLvl99 maximum, but DiabloII.Net doesn't have a damage chart.
