Conviction Pally

I'm thinking of biting the bullet and making a conviction paladin to help my friends level faster, I don't mind and I think he will be fun. At least it is not a Hammerdin. I am having trouble deciding which other skills will make him more effective and useful for me. I want him to be able to do ubers. Should I max conviction or focus on raising my smite damage? What type of mercenary do you recommend?

alright fine, I was just trying to make some forum conversation. This game is dead anyways haha. He is right though, I am a old tppker. I'm not really a troll I don't think, I just hate whiners.

i think your best bet is Conviction / fanta / Smite / Defiance / Holy shield
lvl the conviction only to lvl 10 no farther fanta 20 smite 20 defiance 20 holy shield 20 and just flash the conviction wen ur buddies cast there ele spells then go back to fanta to gain bonus for smite. oh get 1 point in redemption as well to help keep from dying.
