prty sure i saw a couple of lowish STorches go for ~um in recent trades, that said I don't have much experience with this.

I can offer um+10pg at most, lmk.

How many pgems for the 11/11 Ntorch?

Guide says 10pgems to HR depending on stats. 11/11 is about the lowest.

will you take 10pgems? more?
