clvl 37(ish) dueler. Thoughts?

Well seeing as I haven't dueled anything since the days of 1.09 when BtK-Rishana finally died after 1,000+ kills (For those who don't know my 19 assassin did 6.8k 3 charge tiger strike) I have no idea what is good for the 30's bracket. Yesterday I found an amazing jewel with the following stats 28% ED 12 max 7% FHR Rare and I am itching to put it to use to slaughter things. The question is what. Back in my days, that level was your eth Ginter's barbs but I don't know what is good these days...

Any suggestions?

In the 30's range for that jewel, there are:

lvl 37 eth yari barb (yari = ouchy!)
lvl 39 eth headstriker pally (instant death killing machine)
lvl 3x fury wolf

I'd probably go for either the wolf or the headstriker pally. I have a 3 0's Full Plate of the Whale I could use on him too!

lack of dur in headstriker is a huge drawback.

hmm, well, you could also spend an age rerolling a nice 3 socket sword to get oooh 150ish % ED and 3 sockets and go for the classical WW barb. I'd figure the build is still pretty much the same as in 1.09. Or you coudl get really sick, and hope for a nice pokey-stick and make a jabber-zon... also insta-fun. The wolfie is still as powerfull as it was in 1.09, so that's not a real change either.... umm yeah.... at work here, lack of inspiration and all.


Or go with what you know and make a TS assassin....

Whatever you do the only place you can really use that jewel is in a weapon. Otherwise the ED will become bugged and only affect min damage.
