Cloak of Shadows in pvp?

how useful is it?

Can opponents see me like I can them (with the little cloudy thing over their heads)?
how does the - defense work? applied to total or ... not total... for example if there's a 5x multiplier (random, whatever) for armor would it work like:
CoS = 1 - % of skill

CoS ( armor * 5 )
or
armor * (5 - CoS)

I know it's an oversimplification, but basically the first could be devastatingly useful where the second might almost be somewhat kind of useful.

it acts on the total %e-def of your opponent.

so if your opponent has +1000%e-def and you hit them for -80% with CoS they now have +920%e-def. it doesn't make a huge difference in that regard. if you really want to shred a high-def characters defence, you need the Zon skill Inner Sight which works off Base defence.

where CoS DOES help, a LOT, is vs minions. CoS will shut down a druid or necro's summons quite nicely.
