i found some scissor quhabs today and was wondering if theyre any good:

3soc, 40%ias
No secondary mods though

40%ias with 3 sockets is the only way to get a 2-frame attack on a bearsin, but only on Greater Talons or Runic Talons.

These are junk.

Even if you didnt actually get a 2 frame attack, you surely do get the animation for a 2 frame attack

And that's all that counts!

No, actually, the whole thing on AB was about someone showing 3 different animation frames for the attack.

(It would be much handier if we could just link to the AB, but the thread is still on the first page of the assa forums there.)

The AB doesn't require registration to watch/search threads, so people interested can always find it there. It would be too much work to quote all relevant passages of several posts.
