Claw Wielding Kicker Questions

If I were to make a Kicking Assassin (which I plan to) I'm considering Rare/Magical Claws. I'm just curious if I rock two claws do mods come from the offhand claw too? Do only some mods work? Also IAS was an issue I was wondering about. If said claws have 30 or 40 IAS, would BoS be required for final breakpoint on Dtalon? Lastly, does Claw Mastery have any affect on kicking damage when wielding claws? Or more importanly Attack Rating?

melee-mods (ias, crushing blow, open wounds etc) only work with kicks when they are on your mainhand claw.

for 7/3 kicks (the fastest feasable): using a -30wsm claw (greater or runic talon) you need 46%ias to get the 7 frame initial kick. this ias can come from anywhere except your offhand claw.

claw mastery does nowt for kicks.

Say I have a Fool's mod Claw off-hand. The attack rating wont go? And how much IAS is need to get 7/3 with a LW PB? I will be using BoS.

no, ar from fools mod offhand won't affect kicks, although +%ar will.

a phase blade is -30wsm, same as a greater/runic talon so 46% ias will be needed. btw: i think lwpb is a stupid weapon, for a pvm kicksin wep look at stormlash.

I'm set on an uber kicker. Last Wish and Storm Last were the two weapons it came down to. The ctc Life Tap on Last Wish is what won me over. Dracul's would work alright, but the chance is small to cast and I could die by then. Also, is the 46% IAS pre or post BoS? I heard BoS at level 26 is ideal 55% IAS I believe.

last time i solo'd ubers with a kicker my gear looked like this:
hat: kira's
armour: smoke
belt: string of ears
weps: 2x jade talons for meph, 2x bartucs for the res. shael'd primary
boots: up'd gores
gloves: 10%cb/20%ias crafted blood glubs
rings: ravenfrost and some rare with resis
ammy: metalgrid

wep-switch: life-tap wand & some shield.

if i did it again, i might sub in a Guillaumes helm and marrowwalks.

my point: you don't "need" t3h godleh gear to uber.

btw: the ctc fade on LW will override your own fade.

i stand by my opinion: LWPB is a CRAP weapon.

you need 46% ias with a -30wsm weapon to hit 7/3. this ias can come from anywhere but your offhand claw. in other words: YES your BoS ias counts towards the 46%.

I don't know how you can call Last Wish in a Phase Blade 'crap', to me it is by far the best choice for a Kicker in Uber Trist. Stormlash is working well for me atm, but I'm not particularly sure it's any better than the Black runeword verses the Ubers (the ctc static likely helps elsewhere).
