Classic WW Lancer 
Ok...I played quite a bit of D2C before i moved to xpac in 09..now..I all of a sudden, have the urge to go back to my roots, and make a WW Lancer, lol. I just have a few questions: First..Does IAS still not affect WW in classic? Second, ornate armors and still the heaviest armor in classic, so i should aim for 170 str? (no charms ) Third, what is the best spear type weapon that i could use, also, its str/dex req's....Thank you
