hello guys,

what is a chipadin? i tried searching on google and most ppl say its not so viable now?

do u need L337 gear to play this build or something?

what gear do u need and what is the skill build for it?

The "Chipadin" will max the Holy Fire skill and try to get as many pluses as possible to that particular skill. The Holy Fire skill give a strong enough fire damage pulse at high skill levels that it can usually kill act 1 normal monster in a single pulse, even when they are spawned in a game with a higher player count.

pretty much a chipadin is a chipped gem farmer... he can kill low monsters in one easy pulse, then just max vigor and run around looking for chipped gems

not very viable because a perfect gem = 81 chipped gems

so if you were on ladder, you could make one of them, and get 324 chips for a high rune

i was worng, the viability is in holy fire, which was nerfed in 1.10 holy chock came up on top with holy freeze in close second

there is also chipsins and chipazonz, but yes, they farm chipped gems for a living.

Players used to use 3x chipped gems and an elite type sword in cube to roll a cruel prefix mod with three sockets. It no longer is viable tho as new runewords out damage the best magical mods.
