    checking for keyloggers?

I dled a mod the other day, and my antivirus program detected a keylogger embedded in it. I immediately deleted the entire file. I'm now paranoid about still having some sort of keylogger, what is the best way/program to scan for one?

[edit] Is this program effective? http://www.pctools.com/mrc/infections/id/Diablo+Keylogger/

reinstall system and never ever think of modding again or trust whatever scansoftware you like. Very strict Firewall settings may prevent the logger from sending the logfile. Playing a mod on closed b.net is against any rules and nothing you need anyway.
