Check It Out! Insane Sacrifice Pally Build

    okay how about this madness--
    MAX sacrifice
    MAX redemption (syn of sacrifice)
MAX fanatacism (syn of sacrifice + kickarse aura)
    MAX holy shield (why not)
THE REST goes to getting to those skills

sooo then theres like 105 str, cause str is cool and i need that much for ebotdz and str is cool.
then theres like 55 str or something for botd again
then the rest goes into vit cause sacrifice doesnt take mana

then this is the gear i plan on using

    help- vampgaze
    armor- stone???
    weapon- ebotdz
shield- um'd hoz (DEATH TO E EXILE!!!)
    belt- dungo's
    gloves- dracs
    boots- gores?
    ammy- angelic
    ring 1- angelic
    ring 2- raven frost

so thats the idea, how does it look?

you can leech off of bosses, its only mercs that can't, and i believe that it is only skeleton undead that can't be leeched off of

If you get too much damage you might kill your self in 1 hit.

Not true. For example, Zombies and Vampires (including their variations) are Undead, but leechable. Skeletons/Skeleton Mages and their variations are not leechable however.

Meph is also unleechable (at least in hell), leech seems to be majorly nerfed vs hell baal also. So u might risk killing yourself in 1 hit by hitting mephisto ~~.

I am 90% sure that works, I have never read anywhere about that, but from my experience running the pits with draculs, it seems to me that i leech of them when i have lifetap on them

okay i said this before, ill say it again. this is for pvp. i do not need your sugggestions on killing monsters for these reasons:

    1. I will never kill bosses with this guy.
    2. I will probably be chaosed for a good while, eliminating any need to kill things at a low level.
    3. To get to level 80 or whatever I'm going for, I'll probably leech in a bbaal game.

On another note, the only monsters I'll ever kill will be in the blood moor, maybe in some side quests. I may put a point into zeal for that purpose.

On yet another note, I think it's quite humorous to see (for example) 'awesomedude was slain by awesomedude.'

On yet ANOTHER note, my friend and I like to try weird characters. Seen any fireclaw werebears recently? That's his work. Shoppe, the 12k fc werebear. That's him.

The weirdest thing I've done in a while is a double throw barb. He sucks, and that's another story.

fireclaws arent that extremely uncommon :uhhuh:
And yes, you should be able to deal nice damage, but how much dex will you have? Keep in mind you must hit, and especially, max block will be damn important, since your life will constantly go down...

and about lifetap on skellies, it works. no problems

Fireclaw Werebears aren't uncommon. I just finished up A2 of Hell on my 'Flaming Rabies' druid

Fire Ele druids.. That's another story.

Anyways, what's the fun in trying a wierd build if all you do is leech and then PvP? You're missing out on many 'awesomedude was slain by awesomedude' moments by leechin'.

Note: I've played with max Sacrifice, and without the all-important Life Tap it just won't work - ESPECIALLY PvP. The reason is simple - I had over 50% life leech, and if you duel in Hell games it just won't work. The leech penalty is too severe - you will commit seppuku every time, causing everyone to laugh but no one to be impressed. Sad but true - take it from a guy who's maxed Sacrifice and played with all the gear you mentioned. More than one hit and POW, you're gone! Now, as for your gear considerations - you dump on Exile. I'm too poor to afford one, but lemme just say that in order to make a Sacrifice pally work you need LIFE TAP, and the Life Tap cast on Drac's is WAY lower than that on Exile. Add in the INSANE defense of Exile and you've got an indispensible shield for a Martyr (the name for Sacrifice Pallys).
