Cheap Barb Build help

Aight,

Ive been planning on making a barb for quite a while, but hes been sitting there for close to a month in a half. Makes me really sad

Well anyways,

Anyone know of a cheap build for a barb that can be effective in hell?

I have crap items so far,

Draculs
Lightsabre
Carrion Wing
Raven Frost
Goldwrap *gasp*

Dont ask about the goldwrap. Im pretty much homeless .

Any help would be hella 'preciated.

Trade Draculs/lightsaber/pgems for the IK set (armor is most expensive, everything else is mostly pgems) and build a IK barb. Raven is already a great ring for the build. Can do all of hell and its a tank. Look at the IK barb guide for more details.

I agree IK is pretty cheap to build, and can handle most things as long as you watchout for iron maiden.

The only other thing that given me problems is UBER Tris, but that mostly cause I'm only level 85.

Andy sister is also a pain.

I thought Dracul is good stuff... :embarassed: It made me happy for days to have got one from Meph... And, Goldwrap is not that bad... I just traded for one -- good MF, GF, and even 10 IAS!! Don't think low of yourself :azn:

I know, It just cause me off guard at first since well I've played non barb chars forever, so Iron maiden was kinda new to me. I always figured it would be a pain, not instant death.

Berserk is great, one point wonders heh.

I'm not sure, but isn't throw dmg now counted as melee dmg? :shocked:

I have seen dirt cheap zerker barb owning up pubs, but i suspect he has some kind of auto target hack.

all you need is a big 2hander (unique polearms or ribcracker) and enigma to 1-2 hit people if you can name lock them right.

You don't get hurt from IM when throwing. Try it.

Yes IK is a good set up(there is a good IK guide here in the forums) you also need to be carefull with those pesky vipers around nith, watch out for that poison cloud!!!!:shocked:

Wait you actually kill stuff on your key runs? I just run past everything there. I never did understand how those vipers did so much damage.

It's leap attack that is now counted as melee damage. It used to be safe against iron maiden.
