well as cheap as it gets for PvP >.>

since My cash ain't the best atm and I want to go PvP I need help on a build

help please

hammerdins and necros are the best on welfare (necs are cheaper).

Just a wizzy, shako, maras, spirit, arach, trang gloves, 2 sojs or w/e and res boots/spurs/waterwalks/treks whatever. Torch, anni, charms and it's good to go.

the prob on a Hdin is the torch, a 20 stat one is expensive and no one wants to trade one for a Sin torch (20/10 or 19/19 drudru torch)

Exactly, that's why necs are cheaper =\. Fortunately both paladins and necros can use the build I listed. WIth the hammerdin just, obviously, use a pally spirit and skill gcs --> life scs

if necros need shako maras arch,, hdin is alot cheaper...
dual spirit,crap fc gears to reach 125fcr,, just make invinsible hammers everywhere probably the most expensive item is enigma like 2hrs at best

I was thinking... a windy would be an effective low-budget dueler too, if you only duel certain builds.

You could also go with the lightning trapper. all you need is +skills from anything. with a lvl 35 lightning sentry and maxed synergies with 1 point in mind blast you will be able to hold your own in pubs. with good gear you can run most pubs easily. their equipment doesnt get expensive until you shoot for the trap claws that have 2 assasin skills, 3 lightning sentry faceted with ias/res jewels or something like that.
