What is more important, passive + magic vs bow skills gc for strafer, or should i even bother with skill gc's?

Also, should i keep a wws in switch to break stoneskins?

Skillers are useless on a Strafer. Ideally you'd use resist charms as needed with the rest being max/ar/life charms.
That's what I do. The Amp from Atma's ammy would work better, however, if you don't need the IAS from Highlord's or Cat's Eye. I do need the IAS, so I just use normal attack with WWS on switch (which is actually Magic Arrow) until Amp triggers, then switch back to my main bow and Strafe away.

my opinion - skillers not really needed for pvm

I have only 1 passive skiller on my 92 strafer because i got a sweet roll of 38 life. You may want more passives if you want to use this for a pvp build

I have nothing but life/res/max dam/ar/poison charms besides the 1 skiller. With a windforce bow I am doing 900-5600 strafe damage.

wws (the ctc amp) can break most phys immunes -- an atmas scarab ammy also has ctc amp too (i use the atmas with cta on switch)

I am tempted to do a build around an upped wws someday...
