Charm with 42 life

Is this a " baal charm" ? i has lvl 82 lvl req.

If it is, i want to have go at cubing it inn to a nice charm, but all my pgms is on a mule obvioulsy. Do i have to transfer them to a higher lvl char, or doesn¨t it matter what lvl char the cuber is ?

It could be, what other mods does it have? Where did you find it?

But no, character level is not important, so you can roll with a level 1 toon.

Yes, it's a Baal Charm. If it has more than 40 life then it has to be dropped from either Baal or Nihlathak. It's the same ilvl (item level), but it's just called a "Baal Charm"... probably because Baal is easier to say/write than Nihlathak.

Anyway, like I said, more than 40 life on a charm means that it is indeed a Baal GC and you should roll away. Like jeremyrx said, the character doing it doesn't matter, but it may takes hundreds of gems before you get a good roll, so be patient.

It does not really matter what it's stats are, if it's a Baal charm, then keep it for rerolling. You can get a skill charm with the life mod on it. Always a keeper.

what matters is its item level.

check its item level in ATMA and if its the level baal drops at, then you know what charm it is

I would keep rolling, sharp charms are nice, but quite common; this one has not good 2nd mod. Definitly keep only usable skiller, preferably with 2nd mod.

I thought Diablo charms could only roll up to 40 life?

Nope, Diablo has a mlvl of 94 and for GCs, alvl=ilvl, so it's high enough for the 41+ life affix. He cannot produce one or two of the high elemental damage affixes on SCs, however.

This only applies in single player, though. B.netters do not have the luxury of legitly checking ilvl's.

There are no affixes beyond the 41+ life one, so that's irrelevant.
