Say you found a GC from hell Diablo. Does it matter how many times you reroll it till you get the skiller of choice you want?

Yes i know its all luck. But will rerolling it over and over again change the ilvl of the charm?

Nope it will stay the same ilvl94 I believe.

Not if you use the 3 PGem recipe, it will stay at ilvl94
