Charging weapons(1H) ranking!

There are so many decent weapons that are suitable for charging, containing very powerfull and yet very different mods . So which weapons are better which are the best?? :scratch: VOTE!!! :clap:

Ok, so let me be the first one. :uhhuh:
I voted for DeathsCleaver.
This weapon has decent ED, godly 66DS , some -%target def(which is a lot nerfed in pvp though, but it isnt anything bad :thumbsup: ), also unlike commonly used runewords has the vesatility to be socketed with what you want. This is the best weapon for charging IMO especially ethereal with zod :drool: .

You certainly like your Berserker Axes. I'm not much of a gambler myself. I think a Runemaster has the potential to be the best charge weapon, provided you can afford to socket it.

Well IMO when charging weapon range is very important. Zerk has the range of 3, Shafers has only 1 and rune master 2(but I agree can get massive ED).

What would you socket it with? I am interested since I have a 5 socket Rune Master and don't know what to use it for or what to socket it with... some ideas would be most welcome Please post a link if it has already been discussed.

p.s. I didn't vote since I don't know much about Charging Pallies being mostly a Necro... except of course you're the guys with the fantastic auras

Well if it has >250ED I would go with 5xLO, if <250 5xOHM
But Im not sure,(considering DS doubles the dmg+str bonuses and alike) I dont know if 5xLO wouldnt be better in both cases. Now if you have DS somewhere else in you gear definetly go with OHM`s. Still this requires some calculations to find out which is better, but with both choices you should be happy. :thumbsup:

if i could afford, id most likely use eth dc zoded. however, given a rare 280%ed+, fools mod, 2 soc, eth self repair zerker pops up, id use that (fat chance it does come up)

id say DC is way to go, as mentioned before, DS works wonders, and the -target def is wonderful. good damage/range as well.
