Would Conviction charger outdo Fanatic charger?
The +dmg% from fanaticism arn't going to make that much of an impact on kill speed so the only gains would be attack speed and AR
Conviction however lowers def so you wont need AR anyways, it lowers res and since charge has +%dmg mods (i think that enhances elemental damage) it would boost charge elemental damage alot. Would the loss of attack speed matter that much?
I could always put act 1 merc with fanaticism aura, or make fanatic and put an infinity on him.
What would be better? From my point of view they can both get double coverage by switching merc.... or will i need higher lvl fanaticism/convic than those granted by the merc items?
Also, what weapon would be best for the two types? Preferrably 2handed
