Charge up skillz are useless??
hey out of all the PvP sin guides out there its all about kicks, traps, and WW (what ever that is) but theres nothing about charge up skills like cobra strike or pheonix strike....i meen you'd think a lvl 30 Cobra strike would rock in PvP cuz you could heal yourself in like 2 hits and with BoS or something you could do it nice and quick
so does anyone use charge up skills or no.
