It's a basic summoner but he can handle Chaos sanc without worries for your Merc :p (I love it)

I didn't see any guides like thins on the first few pages (or in the stickied)
so I geussed why not :p

anyway we will hit the skill lay out first:
Summon
Raise Skeleton: 20 (duh)
Skeleton Mastery: 20 (again duh)
Clay golem: 1
Golem Mastery: 20
Blood golem: 1
SKeleton Mages: 1
Summon Resist: 1
Iron Golem: 20
Revives: 1

total: 85 skills

Curses

Amplify: 1
Waken: 1
Terror: 1
Decrify: 1

total: 4

B&P
Teeth: 1
Corpse Explosion: 20 (max last)

total: 21

build total: 110 >.>

max CE last but put a point in it ASAP

now Gear:
Head: 3/20/2 or a 2nec/20/2 ~ just make sure you got 20FCR
Weapon: Hoto
Armor: Enigma
Shield: homuculus/ Dark spawn* both Um'd/Pdiamond for Res
Belt: Arachnid
Gloves: Trang gloves
Amu: try for a 15% FCR +Necro skills/Maras*
ring:Soj
Ring:10FCR/Soj*

this will hit 125FCR, with DarkSpawn you can use Maras and a Soj but you can't go max block
it's eithe choice of wealth or preference

I prefer the Homu way since I like to tele on to some creatures giving them a shot at me so I get mb to prevent dying from that

since this is a PvM build a Merc is needed right ;)

well we use an Act 1 Fire Arrow merc (because Ice Arrow sucks :p)

Weapon: Faith: Try and get and 15 Fanat Faith
Armor: 160/60 or Fort depends on wealth
Helm: 120/45 or Vamp Gaze again depends on wealth

this does not only boost your minions with a nice Aura but it is also a nice dmg dealling merc, since an A2 merc can die because of IM, this one won't

now I max Iron golem and Golem Mastery for one thing
Insight Voulge Golem,
that's right, with GM and IG maxed this baby will get more life then you do :p (alot more)
we use voulge because he's just here for Med. aura and he can die if IM'd :p

3 summon GC's
(maybe some Res sc if you didn't max it)
I prefer not to use 9 GC's because what's the point of doing Chaos runs if you can't pick anything up

Ice Arrow
Take ice arrow sucks because fire arrow sucks likewise, if you don't enchant.
Ice arrow has the advantage due to the freeze length.
I don't see the point in doing this.

What you've done is a fishy with a merc using Ice. Hurray.
What you'll miss is the might AURA and the infinity/pride, which now makes the a little.... more boring.

I don't see the point in maxing the iron golem, due to the smallish bonuses.

Your skellies will also be quiet boring anyways because they'll die due to Iron maiden. The only thing you'll protect is your merc - which..
I don't see the point in making a more Chaos-friendly build when it sucks otherwise, and other builds can do it alot faster. Even a normal fishy could prob do it faster, + not waste the same amount off runes.

A poisonmancer can do it a lot faster than this.

Conclusion: don't do this. Don't waste away runes on it. Don't want to make my comment more coherent, or develop it any more... It's just ... ridiculously... dumb... otherwise will.... do it better.
