Chaos ED question

Hi all!

Just one noobish or maybe stupid question. I'm buying chaos claw these days
and in trade window recently, sellers chaos have ed something like 240 - 260% ed!? I though the range is 290-340%??

Why is that? Thx in advance (for kind answers)

It's a mystery

no seriously, at least I think only way there would be a chaos with less than 290 ed it'd be a bugged item ... or it might be a type of hack ...hmm ... but I've got no idea really ... I'd advice not to buy if it's not really cheap. The risk is to big ...

I don't know how it's done but.. sometimes when making a runeword with an "Ohm" in a eth weap those 50% dmg from the rune doesn't show up!

If the chaos claws aren't eth... i have no idea..

Doesn't matter now because i bought chaos.
Maybe you are right i need glasses (or more concentration) because i read wrong Dragon Tail instead of Dragon Flight on them.

Chaos is runic talons, 313 % ed, +3 venom, + 2 WOF, +1 DTail

I hope i didn't go too bad with that trade...
