% chance to cast items

% chance to cast items

I'm trying to find items with the greatest chance to cast impressive things upon striking like "30% chance to cast lvl 20 chain lightning on striking" (made that example up, but you get the idea).

I'm finding it a very hard thing to search for... can people toss out the names or formulas of items they know will have have these?

well...regardless of chance to cast chain lighting...i think Bonehew with ctc level 16 bone spear is pretty cool...and OATH with 30%(i think) chance to cast 20 bone spirit is really nice! :thumbsup:

Edit: Oath is a runeword, just check arreats summit if not sure

For some pretty awesome fireworks, stick on a Hellfire Torch for the 25% chance to cast Firestorm on striking. Hellmouth also has some nice ctc mods. Laying of Hands has ctc Holy Bolt and the Brand runeword has ctc Bone Spear. That's all I can think of for now.

I'm considering making a fireworks outfit for my kicker assassin. Since she hits so many times, thought it might be fun to cause lots of chance to hit effects.

Andys visage has the x% to cast poison nova. Which is pretty impressive IMO.
