% chance on getting better magic items and loot questions
Just want to start out, that this game is damn good its so much fun. I used to play so much warcraft series and world of warcraft. I just quit wow and now playing diablo 2 before d3 comes out. And d2 is heaps of fun.
Just want to know if the % you have on getting better magic items actually increases the rate of getting better quality on items on every trash mob or just bosses? Also does it increase the amount of better quality items that drop or just the actual quality of it? Example: I killed diablo with 0 % magic bonus finding. He dropped one 2 hand axe. I kill him again with 50% magic bonus finding. He drops a 2 hander axe again but more powerful then the previous? Or Does he drop the same 2 hand axe but also a breast plate?
Also coming from playing 5 years of world of warcraft. The loot from bosses are fixed. But are random drop of say 2 items out of say 15. Is this the same as diablo? or is it world drop random?
