CCSOE, CCBOE, or CCS/BOQ for 1.09 patch?

I remeber CCB was very popular in 09, but which is actually better?

Weapons.

CCSOE would be Cruel Colossus Sword of Evisceration, a weapon with 201-300% Enchanced Damage and +41-63 maximum damage.

CCBOE would be a Colossus Blade version of the above.

CCSOQ and CCBOQ would be Cruel Colossus Sword/Blade of Quickness, a weapon with 210-300% Enchanced damage and +40% Increased Attack Speed.

These weapons were the best melee weapons pre-1.10, as stuff like Botd only was there in 1.10. As for runewords, there's always Fury and Silence, but if the WW mechanics did not change, Silence is out. As for Fury, it's not that good, as it depends on the OW.

For .09, there was a divison between people who used the eth rune bug {where it set peoples defense to horribly low values / negative}. In some cases, the cubed swords with ias/max were used, and in others people favored fury {due to eth}, or put an eth rune in their swords.

Imo the very best was the eth bb o q. Most were indes bugged, and they are still floating around on trade froums as collector items.

CBBOQ +2x ED-Max/Eth or ECBBOQ ZodEth and IAS gear for BVA Tweak and pure melee. ECBB of Repair Shael+Ed-IAS is also viable for these.
CCSOQ +1x ED-IAS +1x ED-Max/Eth for Gaze/Jeweler BVB
CCSOE + 3x ED-IAS for pure WW BVA (Gaze or AF) or AF/Shaft BVB

CCB/any is kinda bad compared to the swing speed on Balrog or the average damage on CS
