Casted hammer damage with aura flash?

I know that aura stacking doesn't work anymore in 1.10, but I was wondering if this does:

Cast hammer with concentration on
Switch to alternate aura

The hammers casted, will they retain the concentration damage bonus or will it be reduced back to a non-aura hammer damage?

I wondered the same thing. I think it only applies to when the hammer is casted then you can flash since the hammer will retain the same damage.

why you would bother with such thing anyway? but damage of hammer count on moment it been casted because I do sometime creation of hammerfield then switch on different aura and hammers still same damage

yes that works - hammers retain the damage they were cast at even if you switch off conc. particularly useful in pvp to cast with conc then move immediately after with vigor-charge

Thanks for the replies, that's what I thought but I wasn't sure. I'm planning on flashing holy freeze after casting and using widow with OW (maybe even KB in BM pubby duels) .... I kind of have a setup and build ready, but it seems too fragile as of now to post. I figure that you can take advantage of people's avoidance of hammer fields and use a massive radius holy freeze to slow their advances while you shoot, then switch back to hammers, cast, and repeat.

I asked people about max hammer damage w/o a conc aura, but I don't think it's enough damage, even with max synergies and 10 combats. So I'm going to use conc on my hammer switch instead of freeze ... might open me up more, but since auras come in effect almost instantly (unlike .09), this might work well.
